THE PRODUCTION SYSTEM

ONE SYSTEM.

Audio, lighting, video, staging and talent engineered together — from the first advance call to the last case on the truck.

SCENE 03 — THE PRODUCTION ENGINE

EVERYTHING STARTS WITHTHE RIGHT SYSTEM.

Steel ground-support structure assembled against open sky
RIG STATE — 1 / 5 ACTIVEPARTIAL SYSTEM

Switch on what your event needs. The rig builds in front of you — the same way we build it in the room.

SCENE 04

WE ENGINEER THE ROOM.

SOUND.ENGINEERED.

Every room is a different instrument. We measure it, model it, and build a system that covers the last row as honestly as the first. Line array or point source, the answer comes from the room — never from the catalog.

  • 01

    COVERAGE DESIGN

Room modeling and array prediction before a single box is hung.

  • 02

    SYSTEM TUNING

Measurement-based alignment, delay rings, and time-aligned subs.

  • 03

    MONITOR WORLD

Wedges, IEMs, and dedicated monitor engineering for the artist.

  • 04

    SHOW CONTROL

Redundant front-of-house with a documented, repeatable show file.

SCENE 05

WE CONTROL THE ENERGY.

LIGHT.PROGRAMMED.

Lighting is pacing. It tells the crowd when to breathe and when to lose it. We design the rig, then program the show cue by cue so the energy lands on the beat instead of near it.

  • 01

    RIG DESIGN

Plots, hang positions, power and data distribution engineered to the venue.

  • 02

    PROGRAMMING

Cue-by-cue busking and timecode for set pieces that must hit exactly.

  • 03

    ATMOSPHERE

Haze management so every beam is visible without fogging the room.

  • 04

    OPERATION

A dedicated LD on console for the entire show, not a preset on repeat.

SCENE 06

WE BUILD THE PLATFORM.

STAGE.BUILT.

The stage is the structure everything else hangs from. Decks, roof, ground support, barricade and rigging get engineered first — because the show only exists if the platform is safe.

  • 01

    STRUCTURE

Decking, risers and roof systems specified to load and wind rating.

  • 02

    RIGGING

Ground support and motor rigging with documented point loads.

  • 03

    FLOW

Load-in paths, wings, stairs, ramps and backline placement.

  • 04

    SAFETY

Barricade, crowd separation and a written production safety plan.

SCENE 07

WE MAKE THE MOMENT VISIBLE.

VISION.SCALED.

LED turns a stage into a screen and a room into a world. We build the wall, run the content, and put IMAG in front of the people standing four hundred feet back.

  • 01

    LED WALLS

Indoor and outdoor tile packages configured to viewing distance.

  • 02

    CONTENT

Motion backdrops, sponsor loops and set-specific visual design.

  • 03

    IMAG

Live camera, switching and playback so the back of the room sees the front.

  • 04

    PROCESSING

Redundant processors, scalers and a clean signal path end to end.

SCENE 08

WE CONTROL THE ROOM.

ENERGY.DIRECTED.

Marcus has spent a career reading rooms in real time. That instinct is the reason 3D exists — production is only worth building if somebody knows what to do with it.

  • 01

    HEADLINE SETS

Concert, festival and club programming with full production integration.

  • 02

    HOST + MC

Program flow, announcements and crowd direction across the run of show.

  • 03

    PRIVATE EVENTS

Weddings, corporate and celebration formats with curated libraries.

  • 04

    INTEGRATION

DJ world wired into the lighting and video rig so cues move together.

SCENE 09

EVERYTHING. ONE SYSTEM.

EXPERIENCE.DELIVERED.

One contract, one crew, one show file. Audio, lighting, video, staging and talent engineered together from the first advance call to the last case on the truck.

  • 01

    ADVANCE

Site survey, power plan, run of show and a technical rider that matches reality.

  • 02

    BUILD

Load-in, rig, focus, tune, soundcheck — on schedule, every time.

  • 03

    SHOW

Full crew on console: FOH, monitors, LD, video director, stage manager.

  • 04

    STRIKE

Clean load-out, venue returned as found, content captured for the archive.

THE TOOLKIT

WHAT MAKESTHE SHOW POSSIBLE.

THE SYSTEM THAT REACHES THE LAST ROW.

Full-range PA scaled from a 200-seat room to a 5,000-person field, with the subs, delays and monitor world that make it honest.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Can I book one service instead of full production?
Yes. Many clients book a single discipline alongside their existing team. Full production simply means one contract, one crew and one show file instead of four vendors meeting on load-in day.
Do you provide crew, or just equipment?
Crew is part of the product. Every show ships with named roles — production manager, front of house, monitors, lighting designer, video director and stage manager as the event requires.
How do you decide what system an event needs?
From the room and the audience, never from a package list. We survey the site, model coverage, check power and rigging, then specify. That is why the quote comes after the survey.
