FESTIVAL

FESTIVAL
PRODUCTION.

A festival is a small city that exists for one day. 3D Productions builds the stage, the power, the sound, the light and the plan that keeps it safe and on schedule — outdoors, in Gulf South weather.

MOBILE STAGE
Wind-rated roof, ballasted, fast deployment.
GENERATOR
Metered distro, load balanced, fuel scheduled.
DELAY TOWERS
Level held to the far fence.
SAFETY PLAN
Written weather, barricade and egress procedure.

POWER, WEATHER, FLOW

Three things decide whether an outdoor event works. Generator power with metered distro and a documented fuel schedule. A wind-rated roof with monitored readings and written hold thresholds. Crowd flow, barricade and egress designed with the city before a single case rolls.

COVERAGE TO THE FENCE, NOT TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Open air has no walls to help you. We aim the mains tight, hold the far field with delay towers, and use cardioid subs to pull low frequency off the residential side — on one four-block street festival, zero ordinance complaints.

BUILD FAST, STRIKE CLEAN

Mobile staging goes from arrival to show-ready in hours. Strike is planned with the same detail as load-in, because the street has to reopen and the field has to be returned as found.

QUESTIONS WE ACTUALLY GET

Can you produce a multi-day festival?
Yes, including overnight security posture for the rig, daily wind checks and a rolling run of show.
What happens if the wind picks up?
We monitor with an anemometer against written thresholds. At the hold threshold we pause; at the evacuation threshold we clear. Those numbers are agreed with the client before load-in, never during.
Do you handle city permitting and coordination?
We provide the technical documentation, site plan and safety plan cities ask for, and we join coordination calls with the client.
