REHEARSAL IS PART OF THE SCOPE
Every presenter walks the stage before doors, with confidence monitors, comms and a stage manager on headset. Most technical failures in corporate events are actually rehearsal failures.
REDUNDANCY ON EVERY CRITICAL PATH
Hot spares on playback and processing, UPS on control positions, backup input on the wall. A dropped frame during a product reveal is not recoverable, so we build so it does not happen.

Lighting is pacing. It tells the crowd when to breathe and when to lose it. We design the rig, then program the show cue by cue so the energy lands on the beat instead of near it.

The stage is the structure everything else hangs from. Decks, roof, ground support, barricade and rigging get engineered first — because the show only exists if the platform is safe.

QUESTIONS WE ACTUALLY GET
- Can you record or stream the general session?
- Yes. Multi-camera capture and a clean program feed for recording or streaming are part of the video package.
- Do you work in hotel ballrooms with house AV?
- Yes. We integrate with or replace house AV depending on what the session actually needs, and we coordinate directly with the property.
- How many presenters can you support?
- We have run sessions with a dozen presenters rotating through a single stage across two days, with rehearsal blocks for each.
