EVENT PRODUCTION

EVENT PRODUCTION.
MISSISSIPPI.

Event production is the work of turning a room, a field or a street into a venue. 3D Productions handles the whole chain in Mississippi — survey, design, build, operate and strike — so the client can spend the day on the event instead of on the vendors.

SINGLE CONTRACT
One vendor, one invoice, one accountable team.
SITE SURVEYED
We walk the venue before we quote the rig.
CREWED
Named roles on every position, not a drop-off rental.
ON SCHEDULE
Load-in to doors runs against a written clock.

WHAT FULL-SERVICE ACTUALLY MEANS

It means the person who designed the audio coverage is on the same crew as the person hanging the lights and the person building the deck. It means the power plan accounts for the LED wall because the same team specified both.

It means when something changes at 2 p.m. on show day — and something always changes — one production manager can move the whole plan instead of calling four companies.

THE PRODUCTION PROCESS

Advance: site survey, power, rigging, load-in paths, run of show and a technical rider that matches the real venue.

Build: load-in, rig, focus, tune, soundcheck — against a written schedule with named roles.

Show: full crew on console — front of house, monitors, lighting designer, video director and stage manager on comms.

Strike: clean load-out, venue returned as found, and content captured for the archive.

EVENT TYPES WE PRODUCE

Concerts and hard-ticket shows. Outdoor festivals and street events. Corporate general sessions, keynotes and brand activations. Weddings, galas and milestone celebrations. Community days and civic programs. Private events of every size.

WHERE

QUESTIONS WE ACTUALLY GET

What is included in full-service event production?
Audio system design and mixing, lighting design and operation, LED video and content, staging and rigging, power distribution, crew, documentation and load-out. DJ and MC services are available as part of the same package.
Can you work inside a venue that has its own house system?
Yes. We regularly integrate with house PA and house lighting, supplementing only what the show actually needs. That is often the most cost-effective answer.
Do you provide insurance and safety documentation?
Yes. Every build ships with a written production safety plan, and rigging loads are documented before load-in.
