- Systems get specified from the venue, the audience and the power service. Never from a package list.
- THE CLOCK IS THE CONTRACT
- Load-in, focus, tune, soundcheck, doors. Every phase is timed, written down and answered for.
- SAFETY IS THE FIRST DESIGN
- Rigging loads, wind ratings and egress are engineered before a single fixture is chosen.
