Eight changeovers in a historic room with a reflective rear balcony. Any changeover that ran long would push the headline past curfew.

   A universal input patch and a rolling riser system so each act plugged into the same stage in under six minutes.

   Flown mains with balcony fills, tuned separately from the floor system.

   Moving-head plot programmed with per-artist palettes, recalled instantly at changeover.

   Dedicated stage manager running a written run of show on comms with a visible countdown clock.

5. 05

   DJ covering every changeover so the room never went quiet.

The headline finished the last chorus with 40 seconds of curfew left. The house lights came up on a room that had not sat down all night.
